Newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse - close to Salema Beach

Great location; close to town and beach. Well equipped kitchen. Clothes washer was appreciated.

No beach towels. No instructions as to whether there was maid service. Trash built up and we did not know what to do with it. That included toilet paper waste. Shower stall leaked into the corner of the bathroom behind the toilet causing musty smell. Security lights outside shine brightly into the bedrooms; need blackout curtains. Door to the outside is always locked. If you step out and the door closes you are screwed.

Kitchen facilities were very basic and need updating Some kitchen items were very worn out and / or not clean Seating in living room area needs updating and thorough cleaning, especially the sofa Blackout blinds needed throughout upstairs

It was just a few minutes walk to Salema beach and the apartment was spacious with comfortable beds.

It would have been nice if they had provided beach towels since you don’t really have room to pack those in your suitcase. They asked us to be sure to empty all the trash the day we left. It was just one more thing we had to do when we were trying to pack and get out the door. When you’re on vacation, you don’t want to have to remember things like that. It seems like they could have done that when they cleaned the apartment after we left. Also the wifi wasn’t working when we got there, we finally reset the modem and got it working. It would be helpful to include that in their list of instructions.

outdoor patio was great

Kitchen cabinet door was falling off and ants in the bathroom when we arrived. We reached out to management and received no response. Salema is a cute tiny town but, the apartment complex was full of weeds.
