The place was small but comfortable for 6 people. Very good location, as it was very close to the train station and 7/11.
They did not have any utensils or mugs, and only 4 glass cups.

The apartment was wide for two people and priced reasonably. There were amenities that we needed like the refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, etc. It was also near the train station and easy transit to Nippori station for the airport.
Just one con is that we got the third floor so kinda hard to move luggage but not a big issue.

It's close to the train station, supermarket, 7-eleven, bus stop, and it's quite roomy especially in tokyo. It's cheap. Check in and out was super easy and quite peaceful environment
A lot of stairs to our room, water heater is unstable, only provided kettle, microwave, and a fridge which might be enough for some people but we expected at least a little cutleries, bed and pillow is hard so if other guests like that, that's great.
