Great location and a great house! The place has everything you need — a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to three different subway lines, making it super easy to get around. Most tourist spots are within 30 minutes by public transport. Highly recommended!

The property was clean and had all the amenities that we required. It was more spacious than we expected. They provide house slippers so if you don't have your own, you'll be ok. The whole family misses the bathing room. Being able to soak in a hot tub (where you can choose the exact water temp) after washing off is definitely a ritual we are all missing. They make very good use of the space provided. Many stores and shops are close by within walking distance. If you are fluent with Japanese, you can find many small local shops, restaurants and bars just a couple mins from your front door. You could explore just the neighborhood and find many things. You are walking distance between two different subway lines which is very convenient. My spouse walks kind of slow and it would take about 15 mins for us to get to either line.

Nothing really. I could see how some visitors may find the hallways narrow, one can survive not being able to stand side by side with another person shoulder to shoulder in the hallway. If you are older and have difficulty walking up and down stairs, this place could present issues for you. The stairs are on the "steep" side and two of the bedrooms are on the 3F. There is only one bedroom on the ground floor where one toilet, bathing room and laundry is located.
