Penthouse with two bedrooms, 1 double bed, 3 single beds (including bunk), 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, a study, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Terrace of 100 m2. Organized to 6 comfortably, although we have 7 seats. Availability of parking space. WiFi, broadband.
Ideal for couples or families with children. Absolute tranquility. Garden City, with all kinds of immediate services. A 10-15 minute walk from Zapillo beach. A 15-minute walk from the historic center.

We enjoyed the stay here. It was clean . The house was big. A master bedroom with connected bathroom. A very big terras. We where here for 10 days. The location was great. 10 minutes walking to the beach, Aldi, Lidl, Mercadonna. We had some rainy days, so we went to the mall. That was 10 minutes driving. Julian was very nice and answered all our questions. He reacted immediately on our e mail. Thanks a lot Julian
