Todo la comodidad de todo, en varias ocasiones tuvimos suerte y aparcamos en la puerta aunque era zona azul

Que cuando enchufabas varias cosas a la vez saltaba la luz y que cuando llegamos no había luz y estuvimos 3 horas esperando la luz sin poder hacernos de comer ni nada pero si es verdad que el propietario se puso en contacto con nosotros para informarnos que por la zona algunos locales tenían luz y otros no y nosotros fuimos el caso de que no lo hubiera pero por lo demás todo perfecto camas super cómodas el aire era centralizado y personalmente no me gustan mucho porq no enfrían pero este sí enfriaba y bastante se dormía de lujo

It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Handy to have a washing machine. It was lovely to have a patio. The location was within easy reach of everything. The owner was very responsive if you needed anything. It was lovely to be provided with a range of teas and coffees.

The property was fresh, modern, spotlessly clean. Lovely patio and garden area which although is in the centre of the city, is very tranquil. As others have mentioned a comfortable chair for the outside space would have made it perfect. We nearly bought our own! If you are happy to walk you are in distance of all there is to see in Almeria. The Alcazaba is a must! Half an hour walk takes you to the bus/train station where we were able to take a bus to Granada for approx €35 each and also to Mini Hollywood by bus costing €2 ish each way per person. Well worth a visit. Also walking distance is the Beach. I would recommend staying here. Lovely apartment in a perfect spot… just the right amount of hustle and bustle around to get a feel for the real Spain. I would recommend trying to speak a bit of Spanish, Google Translate was our best friend!!

As mentioned no outside seating for Lounging, this would certainly make the property a 10 in my opinion.

Buena ubicación, relativamente cerca de zonas de interés. Decoración sencilla, funcional y correcta.

Las toallas tenían un fuerte olor a humedad y durante toda la estancia hubo un olor intenso y persistente procedente del baño, que condicionó claramente la comodidad. El aparcamiento en la zona es complicado y siempre de pago.
