Parking is available, but not a very straight forward experience. The apartment needs better care as the furniture is not being properly maintained and it needs a few new items.

On a positive note, the large living space was great for socialising, and the TV with access to Netflix and Amazon was a big hit with the kids after a day out. The video instructions provided were helpful, and when we managed to speak to a staff member, they were friendly and tried to assist, although email responses were lacking. Overall, this apartment has a fantastic location and good potential, but improvements in cleanliness, clearer access instructions, and better basic amenities would make a big difference to the guest experience.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a mixed experience overall. On arrival, the apartment itself appeared clean and modern, with a fresh feel in the main living areas. However, the bedrooms were noticeably dusty, with dust on mirrors and light fixtures, which let the overall cleanliness down. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. We were able to explore easily and visit key sights nearby. Having a dedicated parking space is also a big advantage in such a central area. That said, the access and parking process is quite complicated and needs clearer instructions. The apartment is located on a very narrow one-way street with nowhere to stop, and you first need to access the apartment to collect the key fob before you can enter the garage. The departure process is also inconvenient, requiring you to retrieve the car, find somewhere to stop, and then return the fob to the apartment. The kitchen was very basic and not well-equipped for a family of six. There weren’t enough glasses, and essentials like salt, pepper, or tea bags were minimal or missing. There were also no laundry supplies provided, making it impractical to use the washing facilities for a short stay. We also found the apartment quite cold on arrival. The beds only had sheets, although duvets were found in the wardrobe—they did not appear very clean and had no covers. Heating in the bedrooms was limited to portable heaters; one was broken, and when we tried using another, it tripped the electrics which made us reluctant to use it again. The building itself has some drawbacks. The hallways are very dark, and although there are two bathrooms, only one has a functional shower. Opening the windows facing inward exposed an unclean communal area with unpleasant smells. Noise was also an issue at night, with people outside and in nearby apartments. However, this is somewhat expected given the central location.

El piso no estaba limpio del todo, al entrar olia a humedades, había restos de comida en la mesa, los baños con humedades y las paredes con moho, 2 habitaciones con humedades y moho en las paredes y una persiana rota que no funcionaba.
