Klimatyzacja, całkiem dobre wyposażenie kuchni, zmywarka i pralka.
Zacinające się drzwi, bardzo trudno otworzyć, trzeba było je lekko gałką podnieść do góry. Klaustrofobiczne i małe, bez okna, bez nawiewu - więc nie korzystaliśmy ;)
