About this house rental
This is a wonderful vacation home with great beach access! Enjoy the large deck with a view of the ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1650 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen will be easy to enjoy your vacation. Folly beach has many shops, restaurants and bars on Center St that you can enjoy with your family. There are also rental companies on Folly Beach that you can rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts and more to fully enjoy all Folly Beach as to offer!

1. With the interest of full disclosure. This house is on a double lot. There is a 4 story house on the same lot obstructing some of the ocean views. The house has been priced with this in mind. That being said, you have great views of the ocean and a 25 yard walk to the beach. You are getting a front beach house at a 2nd row price. No crossing the street and a nice boardwalk to the beach.
2. The house is not perfect. We get hit with severe weather (hurricanes, corrosion from the salt air, etc.) We work hard to keep it up, but it's not always perfect. If perfect is what you want, then please rent a hotel room.

We had an outstanding experience with this host. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. The views were amazing and so easy to walk to the beach. We brought our dogs and was so nice to have a fenced in yard. The house was very clean and had everything you could ask for. There is not one negative thing I could say. We would definitely stay here again and would look forward to it. 100% recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seascape! We loved being so close to the beach and an uncrowded stretch of it. The two houses between the home and the ocean only obstructed the view a little -- we still had plenty of view to enjoy. This is a gem of a home. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are on the first floor, with the third bedroom and en suite bathroom on the second. The beds were extremely comfortable and the downstairs shower was nice and roomy. My bad knees appreciated that the stairs in front and out back had landings for resting. The home had most of what we needed to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to have the choice between making a pot of coffee or using the Keurig for a quick cup on the go. We had a couple of questions during the week and the homeowner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little house, met all of our needs. Location on Folly is great! If your looking for a comfortable house close to the beach this is a great choice, would stay here again.
