Come enjoy the amazing views of this beautiful apartment that occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of this 3 story home that sits on a tidal river with private boat ramp near Folly Beach. Hang out on our brand new beautiful dock.
We provide a pass for free parks access and kayaks for your adventures or you can use your boat to explore the vast rivers and inlets leading to the ocean or the many restaurants in the Charleston area that have docking for boats.
Come for the beach, but stay for the views which are literally surrounded by breathtaking views of the river and marsh that wrap around 3 sides of the home. Bring your binoculars to view the many birds and other wildlife that make regular appearances at the house. Lounge on any of the 4 balconies including main deck with seating for 6, sunrise and sunset balconies, or the relaxing shaded balcony.
Prepare dinner for the family in the chef's kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, that comes fully stocked with pots, pans and all the necessities for the cook in your household. The stainless gas grill on the main deck is always available to please.
After dinner relax in the living room featuring 50” smart streaming roku TV with premium cable and free WiFi, super comfy sofa and loveseat.
The master bedroom suit spans the entire 3rd floor and the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen from your own personal balcony. It features brand new high end pillow top king mattress. You’ll think you’re sleeping on a cloud. It boasts wide open views of the surrounding river and marsh. Soak and melt away in the master bath's jacuzzi tub.
The first floor is a 1BR apartment and is a rental as well so if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house!
Last but certainly not least, guests also have access to their own private kayak tour guide and yoga instructor. Book with us and sign up for a private kayak tour or outside yoga class!
*Please note, the river is a tidal river and will dry out at low tide, we may have a 3 night min stay for weekend or holiday trips that are not attached to another reservation, pets must be approved prior to booking and we typically only book 3 months in advance to insure rates are updated. This was a great place to stay! Beautiful views, the kayaks were much appreciated for exploring the marsh, and only 15 minutes into the French quarter of Charleston. Quiet and peaceful and clean. Highly recommended!

Matthew was awesome - super responsive and provided a ton of information about the house and the area. There were some people staying downstairs and we never heard a sound from them. The place is super updated with fresh linens, spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. Location is perfect to run into town or out to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
