    Very poor and unacceptable experience. The hotel did not give us the room type we booked on Agoda and changed it only after we complained. There were no toiletries, no staff at all in the room like , no slippers, and no hot water at all in this cold weather. Although the room was good, the service and basic facilities were extremely poor. I do not recommend this hotel.
