Quiet area, less than 1 km to the beach, with a sea view from the balcony. The hosts were nice and accommodating. Food (pizza and burgers) and drinks are available on location. They only accept payment in cash. The beach which is nearby is really nice.

The room is quite basic, it has a dark/gloomy atmosphere, outdated furniture, the bed and pillows were not really comfortable, and there was a weird smell in the room. The bathroom is very small (you basically shower in the whole bathroom). There are lots of things that could be improved with only a small investment (for example some decent chairs on the balcony, a rack for drying towels, and some working light bulbs in the room.

The room was simple but comfortable, beautiful view from the balcony, outlooking the Karaburun Peninsula, mountains and the Ionian sea. It had a quaintly decorated bar/restaurant downstairs. Lots of plants. Nice quiet music and good service. Location is great. It offers the perfect balance between relaxation and escaping urban chaos, and proximity to “civilization”. Just a 15 min walk to the beach, or less car ride, if you don’t mind driving off-road. 10 min ride to Lukove town, and less to the main road to visit other areas.

The way to the property was off-road for the last km, which caught us a bit off-guard, and the shower held water, since the drain was in the wrong place basically.

The location right next to the best beach, the views, the lovely staff, the delicious restaurant that comes with it all. Room was comfortable!

You need to be a patient driver for the unpaved road but it’s totally worth it!

Good thing they have a very good beach nearby

Smallest bathrooms in the world, can barely fit in without the door hitting you. Dusty closets, non working fridge, half cleaned floors.
