La posizione centrale, vicina alla passeggiata a mare, alla spiaggia e anche al porto.
Prezzo ragionevole.
Il gestore è stato gentile, mi ha contattato e sono stato accompagnato alla struttura.
Si potrebbero migliorare le indicazioni per localizzare l'appartamento, ad esempio indicando il vicino negozio Kancelari Aldo che è ben segnalato su Google Map.

Ich konnte mit der Google Maps.app.nur bis in die Nähe der Unterkunft gelangen, ich wurde dann sogar 1 Stunde vor normalen Check-in-Zeit an einem nähergelegenen Fastfood Imbiss abgeholt.

Central location. Ability to make coffee in the morning (bring your own).
Basement room so no views and nowhere to sit out. Almost impossible to find - don't think the address is correct. I found it only because someone in the Information Office recognised the phone number!
