地理位置方便、陽台風景好
插頭太老舊、還有陷進線盒無法使用，很危險。浴室四處都是自己印的警示用詞，跟裝潢風景很衝突。重要是，浴缸會漏水、無法儲水，山上已經缺水有這情況滿很矛盾 且房間隔音差
