Very helpful and friendly staffs. They even help to Gerry us around Cingjing for our dinner and farm visit.

Breakfast was great! Very local but tasty and healthy

Toddler loved the room with the slide - helped him get his wriggly energy out! Breakfasts were simple but tasty (the crunchiest apples!) Views were beautiful :)

Our beds were SO HARD. We all slept poorly because of that. Not sure if it was due to the heating pad/sheet they placed under the bedsheets to provide warmth (but we were toasty enough with the comforter alone). Would have been helpful to have a fridge in the room, we had to put toddler's milk in the fridge at the check in counter which was inconvenient in the morning.

Its a nice place. Really clean. Good for kids. And we loved the electric bed warmers which were extremely useful as temperatures were 17 degrees during our stay. Its a good property, but unfortunately lacking in certain critical areas - ie. electrical issues, locking of door, ease of getting to room, and misleading us in our choiced room.

We were fairly certain we booked a room with a view, but were given otherwise. We booked a room with a view and the slide. These were the 2 main reasons why we booked this place and thus were very disappointed when we were given another room. We ended up being house at a room with no view but a nice private backyard which wasnt exactly useable as it had really bad lighting. Bear in mind that you have to carry your own luggages down tight and uneven steps to get to your room. So if you travel with lots of luggages .. you better be fit, haha. There was a blackout which affected the entire hotel. We were without power for close to 2 hrs. From what we understood from hotel staff, this is not the first time this happened. Even after power was restored, throughout the night we had some momentary electronic buzzing sound, likely due to the system reboot or wifi reboot.. but we were too tired to really bother. Also do note that if you need help in the middle of the night, the reception is not manned. I think staff leave the premises at 7pm... There is also no electronic kettle. If u need hot water, u need to walk to common area in the dark to get. Main door of our property could not be locked. There was even a hand-written note pasted on the door to guide us to troubleshoot... Its crazy that we only found out about the faulty door at 11pm when we were about to sleep .. and we couldn't contact front desk to rectify because they are not operational 24hrs nor did we need a repairman to come at such a late timing when we were already heading to bed.
