Beautiful villa, large heated pool, independent studio in ciudad quesada Wifi

Brilliant Villa we stayed in this villa 3 years ago and thought it was excellent. The work they have carried out internally has taken up another level. The new bathrooms and aircon in the third bedroom have made what was already a brilliant Villa even better. Will definitely try to book again for next year. Thank you

Very nice Villa with extensive gardens, a large pool & plenty of outside seating. Plenty of sun beds & shade if required. Villa has aircon & is 2 mins from bars etc

The communication with the owner was prompt at all times. And the villa was accurately described, plenty of space, the pool was amazing, a big hit with our children. The aircon was a massive bonus for the 2nd week when temperatures shot up. A lovely row of restaurants and bars literally less than a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommended, we are definitely considering coming back next year. Thank you

We booked this beautiful villa having never booked direct before and we could not be happier with everything about it. ACCOMMODATION - the property was perfect for us, a very nice blend of holiday house and home comforts that made us feel like we could relax immediately.Previous reviewers had mentioned the air-conditioning to the main lounge but this has been resolved with an excellent air-con unit that was more than a match for the Spanish heat!.The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. En-suite to main bedroom. The third bedroom has the sofa-bed mentioned in the description - this was not an issue for us as our 11 year old was delighted with her own space (and air-con controller)The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you will need with plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.EXTERNAL - the property sits in a very large, established and secure corner plot with locks to both the front access gate as well as the gates to the driveway for car. This makes it very easy to relax while letting the children play on the trampoline, basketball net or in the pool -which was perfect for lazing around on inflatable bed.Barbecue area was used by us on a number of occasions and helps to vary the approach to mealtimes which was great.There are plenty of sun loungers, table/chairs and small nooks and crannies (Scottish term for quiet corners!!) to find some quiet time with a book or your thoughts.LOCATION - The property sits within a well established area which seems to be a mixture of Spanish residential and holiday lets. The area is very quiet and we would hire a car again next time to explore more of the area.COMMUNICATION - Information from Yvan (owner) was exceptional. We had a few questions before we arrived regarding access and how we should deal with it (we arrived at 01:30 which I feared would be a problem!) Access procedure was explained quickly and we had no problems in getting to bed on first night.One issue we had (our fault!) was when we tried to plug our music player into extension cable which blew a fuse. Unable to rectify the problem - we contacted Yvan who quickly arranged for a very helpful chap come over later that day to resolve the matter.SUMMARY - The property was clean, very well presented and had everything we needed close at hand to make our holiday a memorable oneCould not be better - we will be back again next year !Thank-you for a great holiday experience.
