We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment is very well designed and tastefully furnished. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, which made us feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. The kitchen is especially beautiful and modern. We also really enjoyed the pool area and all the shared spaces – everything was clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its proximity to the beach. It’s literally just a few minutes’ walk to the stunning, wide La Mata beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. Additionally, the communication with the owner was excellent – very responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay.

El propietario no es nada comunicativo. No contestó a mis preguntas o dudas propuesta. Se puso en contacto con nosotros a las 10:30h del mismo día del chech in, se puede decir que fuimos a la aventura, o por querer confiar en la aplicación de Booking. Además, en las características indica parking, pero realmente se refiere al aparcamiento en la calle, no plaza de parking privada. La limpieza estuvo bien hasta que te ves obligado a mover una cama o el sofá cama y entonces aparecen millones de pelusas y hasta un mando de la tv entre ellas. Y en la terraza, escaseaba bastante la limpieza. También nos encontramos con una máquina de aire averiada al llegar allí, al leer un cartelito, ya que nadie, ni siquiera la que nos entregó las llaves nos dijo nada, ni hablaba español.
