""Les Bleuets"" for 12 people. Gîte of 220 m² on 2 floors, a terrace of 30 m² on the 1st floor with a view of the countryside and not overlooked, equipped with garden furniture & barbecue.
Perfect for a large family or group of friends. Large gîte with a private garden of 300 m2 with 2 gazebos where you can indulge in reading for one or have an aperitif around a table for the other.
This cottage has 6 bedrooms all equipped with a double bed (140x200) and storage cabinet. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped closed kitchen, a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with double sinks and 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, you have a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, you have 3 bedrooms and 1 separate toilet with sink..
This cottage is spacious and very bright. You have parking on the estate. Its geographical location allows you to visit the most beautiful sites of Périgord within a radius of 30 km. You benefit from numerous sports facilities on site which are shared such as the secure 12mx6m overflow swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, parasols and solar shower as well as a wooden terrace with benches made of wooden pallets and its cushions.

Au milieu de la campagne ce gîte est vraiment top ! Grande piscine, terrain de tennis au top! Beaucoup de places et de verdure.. De plus vous allez tomber sur une hôte au top ! Je recommande vivement

Annonce tout à fait conforme à la réalité. On a été très bien accueillis et le gîte est très agréable : vue sur la forêt, piscine, tennis, barbecue... Il est dans un parfait état.

Wij boekten een vakantiewoning met privé zwembad. De advertentie werd enige tijd voor onze aankomst offline gehaald en ondanks aandringen bij de eigenaar niet terug online geplaatst. Wij zijn zeker een woning met privé zwembad geboekt te hebben (de prijs komt overeen met huis met privé zwembad) en we waren dan ook zeer ontgoocheld het zwembad te moeten delen met 5 andere gites. Jammer genoeg is dit niet meer te checken gezien we de advertentie niet meer kunnen bekijken. Woning was wel net en gerieflijk.
