Villa Leila is a stunning 300m2 modern Ibiza style villa with private pool. It is the perfect place to disconnect, get away and relax!! This is one of our most demanded villas! It is decorated with both style and comfort in mind and offers spacious bright rooms and living areas with superb views over the Garraf Natural Park.
Importantly, Villa Leila is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday knowing that all comforts and mod cons are available. Furthermore, there are numerous terraces off all the bedrooms, living areas and by the pool. All perfect for sunbathing, reading or just chilling.
As the upper and lower sleeping areas are separated by a spacious open plan living/dining room with a large fully equipped modern kitchen on the main floor. This layout makes Villa Leila ideal for groups or 2 families wishing to share a space yet maintain some privacy.

The entrance to this villa sets the scene for what lies inside due to a beautiful wooden door entrance into a large spacious hall with ceiling to floor French doors that guide you into the main living area.
As part of this open plan main floor there is large salon with great views. There are 2 large L shaped sofas – a perfect relaxing/social/chilling area. Dining table seating for 10 plus breakfast bar with seating for 4. Living room has fully functional chimney, 42′ flat screen TV and DVD.
The kitchen is a fully equipped modern kitchen with fantastic island. This is perfect for socialising. Dishwasher, double sink, Vitroceramic hob, extractor fan, built-in oven, microwave, fridge plus freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and all kitchen essentials- everything!
A Utility Room houses the washing machine, ironing board, Iron, separate laundry sink, pantry, hoover etc.
There is a large decked pool with outdoor dining area, play area and BBQ is for sole use of guests. The open plan dining/living and kitchen areas has a terrace overlooking the pool area. This is very important when travelling with kids who love to spend the day in the pool.

Fantastisk villa, underbart belägen upp i bergen. Villan är välutrustad med allt som kan behövas. När vi anlände första dagen var det väldigt kallt i villan, men den hade troligen stått tom en längre tid.Fina sovrum, bra sängar, rejäla badrum. Dock var avloppet lite dåligt i källarplanen,vattnet rann inte ner så bra. Härlig pool i trädgården, och gasolgrill som vi använde flitigt.

We all absolutely loved this house. The owners clearly love it and look after it extremely well. The design and the quality is excellent and we had a wonderful holiday here.
We took a number of treks in the Garraf Park when we were there - the restaurant at the end of the road was so good we went back 3 times - once for lunch and twice for dinner. The owner was very friendly.
Sitges is a bit more than a 10 minute drive but it is a wonderful drive. We did most of our shopping in the town of Sant Pere de Ribes which is a bit closer than Sitges and we even found lots of shopping and restaurants there too...
I would totally recommend this villa and we will definitely go back to Sitges for a holiday. It was one of the best holidays we have had.
Thank you Utopia for helping us with so many things such as the chef who was wonderful and the babysitter.. We'll be back :-)

We absolutely love this villa - everything about it.
The owners have put a lot of effort into making sure that it kept in perfect shape.
the area is fabulous - we enjoyed the treks close to the villa and enjoyed visiting Olivella. The beaches of Sitges are very close and a wonderful drive through the vineyards we thoroughly enjoyed.
The team at Utopia villas were amazing - they organised a full fridge for us which I would never have thought of and helped us get some great restaurant reservations. I would definitely go back to this villa and I fully recommend booking a villa through utopia villas. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. we will be back :-)

Great villa and would highly recommend going through utopia villas. The only downside was the fact that there is only air con on the top floor and it is really needed throughout the house.
