About this villa rental
Tucked into the peaceful Mas Mestre hills just outside Sitges, Villa Santa Fe is a vibrant and spacious retreat perfect for large families or groups. Across its modern layout, six bedrooms comfortably sleep up to twelve guests, including a spectacular master suite with panoramic windows and a centrally placed soaking tub. The interiors mix warm wood floors, curated artwork and stylish furniture, with an open plan living and dining space that’s both sociable and serene. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw the lush garden views inside, and a cosy fireplace adds warmth for cooler evenings.
Outside, the villa unfolds into a sun-soaked oasis with 3,500 m² of private grounds. A large L-shaped pool is framed by wooden decking and loungers, while the garden offers wide, flat lawns, a trampoline and even a basketball net. A rustic-style summer kitchen with a full bar, dining area and barbecue invites leisurely lunches and balmy evenings under the stars. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:
- €15 per single bed set;
- €25 per double bed set;
- €10 per towel set;
A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.
Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance due. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

We loved the property, it was everything it advertised and everything we expected! I can't say enough! The pool was PERFECT for our 5, 3 and 1 year olds because of its very large shallow area. This was the main reason I chose this location and it was definitely the right decision. The house included rafts, floats and noodles for the kids. The kids rarely got out of the water! But when they did, they shot straight over to the great trampoline. The home is spectactular, with plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms and a large laundry room. A door blocks the main meeting area of the home from the bedrooms, so we were able to put the babies to bed and continue loud conversations without worrying about waking them.
There is a spectacular kitchen area downstairs with a grill next to the pool. We hosted a spectacular chef to cook for our large group and ate down next to the pool at the large dining table.
The only downside was the taxi service. The grocery and shopping/beach were in Sitges, about 12-15 minutes away. Although we had a rental car, we did not have a large enough car for our group. We had intended to use multiple cabs along with our rental car to get our large group to Sitges, but taxis were virtually unavailable; often saying they would be there then not showing up. They companies were quite rude, too, knowing that we had no other choice but to use them. Taxis from outside Sitges are not allowed to bring guests into Sitges. If you have a large group, you may want to rent a van (but parking in Sitges would be an issue) or maybe rent two cars? Perhaps it was a COVID-related and only temporary issue? But it really hampered our large group's ability to get to where we had planned during our stay.
We had a problem getting wifi at first, but with a call to management, someone came out and fixed that right away. (Although we never did get wifi down by the pool - no big deal, though.)
This taxi issue is outside the owner's control, so I hate to mention it and affect our review - the house was five stars! But our stay was less than five star because of the restricted access to transportation. If you plan accordingly, though, you can avoid the issues we had and fully enjoy your stay.
