דירה גדולה מאוד ומרווחת. דירה מוארת. יש רשתות על רוב החלונות . יש מזגן בכל חדר שעובד 3 שעות כל יום כשהיה חם בעלי הדירה הפעילו אותו כדי שכשנחזור הדירה תהיה נעימה.
הכניסה מקומת הקרקע.
לדירה 2 קומות. בכל קומה חדר זוגי עם אמבטיה ושירותים. שפע מגבות.
מאוד נקייה. במטבח יש כל מה שצריך. הרבה צלחות וסכום. פינת אוכל מרווחת. סלון נוח. מיטות נוחות. בעלי הבית ידידותיים וזמינים כל הזמן. אפילו נתנו לנו פלסטר כשהיינו צריכים.
חניה צמודה לדירה.
מרפסת נעימה לשבת וגם ניתן לאכול בה.
