About this apartment rental
Rent a 2 room apartment, kitchen, bathroom. A cozy, lovingly furnished apartment in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bargteheide, 10 km from the Hamburg city limits.
Features:
Kitchen: electric stove with oven and 4 ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, hand mixer, coffee maker, electric cooker, complete dishes incl. Pots.
Living room and bedroom: 2 sofa beds (both extendable, lying area 2 m x 1.40 m), 1 pull-out sofa bed 1.20 mx 1.90 m, TV, Wi-Fi.
Bedroom: 1 double bed (2 mx 1.80 m), walk-in closet.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, urinal, washing machine, drying rack.
Outside: Own parking space, terrace with garden furniture, incl. Parasol.
Location: Quiet residential area on the outskirts, no street noise.
Distances: To the supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser etc. 10 min walk.
Specials: kitchen with entrance is on the ground floor, from there is a staircase to the top. Underfloor heating in all rooms.
House rules: Smoking only outside on the terrace, (garden furniture with cushions are available). With street shoes please only up to the kitchen area, who has no own slippers, are available for the living room guest slippers. No pets.

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung, befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Geschäfte (Bäcker u.a.) sind fußläufig in 10 Min. zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt viel zu sehen im Umland, Lübeck und Wismar sind in ca. 45-60 Min. zu erreichen.
Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für diese Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend.
Es ist alles vorhanden, man vermisst nichts.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause.
Diese Wohnung können wir mit gutem Gewissen sehr empfehlen!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind reichlich vorhanden.
Wir haben hier unseren Golfurlaub verbracht, Golfplätze gibt es reichlich in der Nähe, aber auch ein Besuch an die Ostsee oder auch Städtetrips nach Hamburg oder Lübeck sind sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Es ist nicht auszuschließen, hier mal wieder unseren Golfurlaub zu verbringen!
