About this apartment rental
Pure relaxation in a 75 m² apartment at the end of a cul-de-sac. The only place quieter is the city library.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building on the right (1st photo). In the entryway at the back of the house, a staircase leads through a separate hallway directly into the vacation apartment. Daylight streams in through recessed windows in the stairwell.
Location:
Klein Gladebrügge is located directly south of Bad Segeberg in a rural setting along the Trave River. Segeberg is just a 5-minute bike ride away. You’ll enjoy the benefits of a rural setting while still having excellent transportation connections.
Transportation:
With the Nordbahn, which departs from the Segeberg train station every hour on the hour, you can easily travel via Bad Oldesloe to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg or via Neumünster to Kiel. Right next to the train station is the Segeberg central bus station (ZOB), from which you can, for example, take the express bus to the beautiful neighboring city of Lübeck for a marzipan tasting!
“Seele” Vacation Apartment:
The apartment can accommodate three people. A fourth person (child) can also sleep on the sofa. Prices are available upon request. A crib is also available.
Living Room:
At 26 square meters, the living room is the largest room in the apartment, next to the bedroom. The large, floor-to-ceiling window lets in plenty of light—and the exterior blinds ensure it doesn’t get too warm in midsummer when the sun shines all day. The couch can be used as a double bed if needed. In the living room, you’ll find a smart TV as well as many books and board games to pass the time.
The south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast or other meals here when the sun is shining.
Kitchen:
In addition to its attractive design, the kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. You can store your groceries in the large refrigerator with an integrated cooling function. The dining table seats up to 4 people. An exterior blind is also installed here, which can be controlled electrically to keep the kitchen from getting too hot. The windows in the kitchen are equipped with fly screens.
Large bedroom:
The bedroom is located at the back of the house and therefore always stays cool. Here you’ll find a double bed (160x200 cm) and a travel crib, in case one of your little guests would like to spend the night in the bedroom. The closet offers plenty of space for your luggage. The windows here are also equipped with fly screens.
Small bedroom:
The small bedroom is located—just like the large bedroom—at the back of the apartment and is furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm). The storage box contains toys for children.
Bathroom:
The particularly bright bathroom features a large shower as well as a built-in cabinet that offers plenty of storage space for your toiletries. The washing machine and dryer shown in the photos are available for your use. A hair dryer, laundry detergent, and towels are provided. The bathroom windows are also equipped with fly screens.
On-site costs: The total price includes bed linens, towels, and final cleaning.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
