CHILLOUT IN CASA CHILLOUT. Perfect to relax for your summer holiday or for monthly stay winter sun, We offer excellent longer let rates.
Please enquire if you would like to bring your Pet. The back and front Patio are both pretty much escape proof!!

Casa Chill Out is actually a 3 bedroom house however when we let the house to a couple we lock the 2 smaller bedrooms and pass the saving on to you (discount already applied).
You have the whole of the house and outdoor areas to yourselves so it really is a lovely spacious option for a couple.
Casa Chill Out is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and has stunning views of countryside, farmland and mountains. The house is within walking distance of Nerja’s many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!
The house has a front terrace, a front balcony from the main bedroom and a patio at the back, so lots of alfresco dining options.Recliners, barbeque and dining tables and chairs are provided.
It is a short walk to the pool. Actually there are 2 pools behind one gated entrance) There is also a sauna available at certain times.
The lounge and dining room area is light, bright and airy. In the lounge there is a very comfy sofa ample seating. The television has lots of channels to choose. WIFI is free.
The kitchen is well equipped with integrated dishwasher and fridge plus a full size cooker. There is also a large fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room. We have a filtered water tap so no need to carry heavy bottles of drinking water.
The ornate staircase leads to the bedrooms.
The main bedroom is air conditioned with a double bed, a range of fitted wardrobes and a lovely balcony with stunning views, perfect for a morning coffee in peace or a glass or two of vino!!
The bathroom has a full suite with walk in shower.
Casa Chill out is a lovely house in a nice urbanisation with well tended gardens, Try us, you wont be disappointed.

Les chaises du séjour sont bien trop lourdes et très sonores quand ont les déplace, maintenant nous sommes dans la maison à côté est nous le constatons.
Nos voisins, leurs enfants et leurs invités sont des gens sans éducation qui font du bruit avec musique sur la terrasse et je me suis fâché hier soir pour leur faire baisser la musique a 1 heure du matin car nous voulions dormir. Vous devriez préciser fermement à vos clients que la maison n'est pas un nightclub et que les voisins, même l'été,ont le droit de dormir après 1heure du matin !
Les ustensiles de la cuisine sont à changer car bien trop usagés.
Les relations avec Lisa ont été excellente et nous l'avons remercié pour nous avoir trouvé une autre location.
Dans l'ensemble, nous étions bien à Casa Chillout.

Nice house with good views over the Rio Chillar and Higueron, both close enough to walk comfortably in half a day (for each not both), the ravine at Frigiliana especially impressive, and if you are fit enough (not us) you can continue up to the Fuente del Esparto. If you are going up the Chillar wear old shoes or wellies as a lot of the walk is through water. House well equipped and comfortable, only disapointment was no general stuff like cling film or tin foil but this was a minor inconvenience. Reasonable walk into Nerja, either by the roads or by going down to the Chillar walk and heading into town.There are also good walks to be had in the El Pinarillo nature area near the caves.
Front terrace gets the late afternoon and evening sun, well in November anyway, rear patio was more in shadow but then again it was November.
All in all very enjoyable week, only real disappointment was that the bar in the urbanisation closed on Tuesday without warning whilst the owners disappeared to London on holiday but that is obviously nothing to do with Casa Chillout.
If you go out for a drink in Nerja the bars to the south near Play De la Torrecilla are cheaper, and if you don't take much salt in your food be carefull what you order, the usually served potatoes can be very salty.The caves are also within a good walk (about 5 K) and well worth a visit.
Would return here again in Febuary next year but someone else has got in before us.
