Beautiful rural housing fully renovated eighteenth century, preserving the original Mallorcan typology construction. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen, 1 living room. 4 beds, cot, Internet (WIFI), TV-SAT, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and garden furniture (tables, chairs and loungers). Possibility bicycle rental.
It is located in the countryside in a quiet area near the fishing village of Porto Petro. Surrounded by almond groves and meadows of sheep, where escape from the stresses of everyday life. Porto Petro is a quiet harbor where you can stroll and enjoy the cafes or restaurants overlooking the harbor. From here excursions along the beautiful coastline southeast are organized, with their small and beautiful bays. Along with housing starts Mondragó Natural Park, a few miles are two beautiful virgin beaches surrounded by pine trees. The weekly market in Santanyi, just 4 km, you can enjoy typical products of the area.

Cute little stone house in a very beautiful area. The location close to a wonderful beach is great (only a few minutes by car and even walking does not take too long)! With two small children we preferred that the house does not have a pool but a nice little garden. In wintertime it can be pretty dark inside, one more big window in the living room would improve this immensely but for summer time it’s probably perfect since it’s keeping the house cool. The hot water situation was not ideal but Llorens was eager to improve this straight away. The communication with him was always fast and very friendly!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und sehr ruhig im Naturschutzgebiet inmitten von Feldern mit Mandel- und Olivenbäumen; die nächsten Buchten in der Cala Mondragó sind ca. 30min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Llorens lief problemlos ebenso wie Check-in und Check-out.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour d'une semaine au sein de cette maison pleine de charme toute faite de pierres.
Cette dernière dispose d'une belle terrasse et d'un éclairage de nuit élégant qui rend très agréable les fins de soirée autour d'une bonne bouteille de vin
Elle est située à proximité de toutes les plus belles plages du sud-est de Majorque.
Mention spéciale à Lorenzo qui nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin sans délai pour passer le plus agréable des séjours.

Una casa con encanto. Está muy bien puesta aún que le faltaba algo de limpieza, no se si era porque éramos los primeros de la temporada o no. La pega que le veo es que está metida en medio de una zona con casas parecidas, y para salir a la carretera principal te lleva un rato. El agente inmobiliario muy atento nos permitió entrar un poco antes de la hora. Si buscas tranquilidad esta es tu casa.
