Nice apartment, 4 persons, at the coast, only 3 min. from beach.

The property was cute and the manager was very nice and easy to work with. However we had plans for another couple to join us for a week and there was no room for them to stay. The 2nd bathroom was unusable due to the smell of mold and the bathroom we could use had a shower that was about 5’ sq ft with a broken shower head holder. It was very difficult to shower and the shower curtain was pretty aggravating wrapped up around you. Swamping the floor. Also there was a separate charge for use of the ac/heater, we had to add 1euro coin for 3hours of service. We were there a month so the added charge was about an extra 90 euros. This was not reflected in the transaction contract. It is a loud neighborhood with little parking and you will lose your parking spot if you move the car. The location is great and we found some lovely beaches and Mallorca is so beautiful and fun to explore. We had a great time and really other than our friends not being able to join us due to limited space, we had a good vacation.

Great base for exploring the southern parts of the island. Maria, the host, was excellent. We had everything we needed.

El alojamiento no es moderno y las fotos se corresponden perfectamente con lo que hay. La cocina y un baño son algo pequeños pero suficientes para un alojamiento de vacaciones. Eché en falta algún tapper en la cocina pero las camas son bastante cómodas y aunque hacía calor en algunos momentos hay bastante corriente que lo refresca todo. Hay servicios muy cerca y el aparcamiento no fue ningún problema. La dueña, María, ha sido muy amable y simpática con nosotras. Gracias María.

Needs some updating. Shower in one bedroom rusty and unusable, basin rocky! Appliances need updating, instructions missing re use of hot plate and television. No electric kettle so had to boil water in ancient coffee machine. However, reasonably clean, and towels changed during stay, and swept through. Also, could have provided a welcome pack of basic food!
