The room was very spacious and had very good airconditioning, the shower was excellent (based on our previous accommodations on our trip, this was the most modern and actually good water pressure). The owners were friendly and handed some appetizers from time to time.
Contrary to the positive reviews about rest and tranquility, we had a very unpleasant experience during our 2 nights stay in terms of noise. We didn't even go into the swimming pool because of a soundblaster playing music way too loud. There was probably some birthday weekend going on by one of the local young people, and we just fled during the day. The last night, I even had to shout from the balcony that it was enough. Imagine being at a party/festival/Ibiza and the music just turned off and all the young people are stille gathering around shouting. That's what we had, unfortunately. So I do hope for other guests that this was indeed not everyday.
