Vila Ultima Bali

This was our second time staying at Villa Ultima, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The villa has maintained its high standards, offering a clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed space to relax in. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a quick 2 minute walk to a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots, which makes everything so convenient. What truly makes the stay exceptional is Mifta, the amazing staff member. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and well taken care of. Her warmth and dedication are truly the cherry on top of an already perfect experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Villa Ultima is in the best location right behind Eat Street and close to the flea markets / beach and Seminyak Square. The villa had 2 bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. The villa has a security guard and the staff were so helpful and reactive via whatsapp.

The pool area is shady most of the day which was great when it was super hot but didn't really allow for sun baking.

The stairs up to the bedrooms were quite steep and most people would need someone to carry your bags up and down the stairs The kitchen needed a refresh for people staying for more than a couple of nights A coffee machine would be good

Ms Mifta was very helpful, the property was clean and is in a fantastic location.

*** SECURITY CAMERAS OVERLOOKING THE POOL *** At the time of our stay, there were at least four security cameras. Three of these cameras were aimed directly at the pool, the sun lounges and the outdoor patio/cabana area. It's pretty creepy, especially the camera positioned directly above the sun lounges! So if you are planning to use the outdoor area... remember to smile for the cameras. We've traveled to Bali more than twenty times and always stay in a villa. By comparison to other Seminyak villas, this property is run down and showing its age. Most appliances (kettle, toaster etc) need replacing and both showers heads were so clogged, they sprayed water with such force that it physically hurt to have a shower.
