Pension Restaurante Casa Camiño

A good base.

The virtual check in , though the lady checking us in was very helpful.

The restaurant was right underneath didn’t have to go far to eat. Good food too.

Great location, very friendly people, very comfortable bed

The room didn’t have a lot of character but it had a nice view and was comfortable so it’s not really a negative.

Location in center of town plus good restaurant downstairs. The pulpo was better than the one in Melide.

The check in process was terrible, you have to speak through a console to someone virtual who will do the check in with you. The online computer system failed three times and it took us over an hour to get both of our rooms. We were supposed to get an email with instructions and key code access which we never received so the only option was for staff to show in the monitor (and in front of everyone in the hall) the access code. There were no clear signs indicating floors where the rooms were located and no AC. There was no staff on site to address issues with our rooms. Needless to say it was our worst stay doing the French Camino.
