Spacious, clean, and organized rooms. We rented 2 rooms with 2 double beds. They have 2 pools now, and all are clean. The water was very warm and refreshing. You can order food, and the serving is good for 3 people already. The kids wished to stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home throughout our visit. It was a great place for families, and we truly enjoyed our time together.
The only area for improvement is the Wi-Fi, which was quite weak and unreliable during our stay. A stronger internet connection would make the experience even better.
Overall, it was a great family getaway, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back!

I booked and paid through Agoda for 4 adults. However, upon check-in, the staff insisted that the reservation was only for 2 adults and asked us to pay an additional ₱800 per person. We did not agree because our Agoda confirmation clearly showed that the booking and payment were for 4 adults.
We were also initially told that the room we booked was not available and that we would have to take two separate rooms, which was not what we had reserved.
After a long and stressful discussion, they eventually allowed all 4 of us to check in without paying any additional charge, and we were given one family room.
Although the issue was resolved in the end, guests should not have to argue or insist just to receive what they have already booked and paid for. The hotel should properly check and coordinate Agoda reservations before asking guests for additional payments. This made our arrival unnecessarily stressful and left a poor first impression.
