    Location is good, the bus stop to the city was right in front of the hotel, which is great. There’s also a supermarket right across the street. The bad is that the hotel did not provide water boiler / kettle, if you need hot or warm water, need to go to the bar to get it.

    My wife and I stayed at Leonardo Hotel Munich City South for one night during our trip to Germany, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience! We chose this hotel based on its great reviews on Agoda, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged everything you’d hope for after a day of travel in Munich. But what truly made our stay extraordinary was the exceptional service provided by Ms. Katrina . She is an absolute gem! Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made us feel so genuinely welcome. She greeted us with a beautiful smile and ensured that every small detail of our stay was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and friendly personality Ms. Katrina represents true hospitality at its finest. We want to extend a special thank you to Ms. Katrina for making our short stay so memorable. Staff like her turn a good hotel into an unforgettable experience.     The breakfast was really good. There're lots of choices. The location was good. It's close from the bus station. The light in front of the bed didn't work, and the trash bin in the bathroom was broken. Also there's no tissue next to sink. It's empty. There's only empty box. That's why I felt that the room wasn't organized well. The key card didn't work at first so I had to go back the reception again.
