Adults only, very clean and only a few residents, plus the quietness of the place.

Staff and location
Our room C2 was so noisy with a/c or hot water tank noises that squeaked during the whole night the first night was unbearable. They attempted to fix it but it was still noisy. There was no where to eat our breakfast out of sun.
