Het appartement was netjes en goed verzorgd en goed contact met de eigenaar
Het balkon is zeer klein en je kunt er niet zitten zo smal. Er is veel lawaai van buren ook tot laat in de avond! Bouwwerkzaamheden om half 8 in de ochtend van gevel renovatie aan de achterkant. Parkeren is mogelijk in de straat maar lastig om elke 4 uur de parkeermeter bij te vullen.€12,00 per dag.
