A wonderful stay in a peaceful oasis just a short walk from Phrom Phong BTS. Spacious, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, and a delightful Thai breakfast. We would happily stay at Aster9 again.

The breakfast was an outstanding experience. The breakfast was brought out in courses which changed according to your choice of English, Thai, or special request. The staffs friendliness made the experience that much more boutique.
It's an old house and the doors to the closet and bathroom squeaked a bit so I was causes when opening them in the early hours to avoid waking my daughter.

It's as warm and cozy as home, and the location is great too. Katan, his mother, and the aunt who takes care of cleaning are all very welcoming. I'll definitely come to Bangkok again next time

Most things, the breakfast was so good and like an event. The laundry was excellent (cleaned, ironed and felt like brand new). The room was very comfortable. The communication from the hotel was excellent and allowed us to check-in late. Tum (pronounced Tomb) was so amazing too.
One day we didn't have the room cleaned. The guest house is about half a mile from the nearest sky train station and can be an issue when the weather is hot. They were however minor flaws in what was a very good stay.
