Terras en uitzicht
Hét grote probleem van dit overigens goede appartement is de communicatie en de informatievoorziening van de kant van de host. Het was vrijwel ondoenlijk contact daarmee te krijgen. Pas toen ik in wanhoop Booking had gebeld voor interventie kwam er een reactie ( maar géén toezegging over tijdstip ) van die kant en ook geen echte oplossing ( wij hebben drie week lang een soort flikkerende discolamp , die ook nog lang aan één snoertje loshing) in de keuken gehad. Latere verzoeken , bv om een wérkende afstandsbeduening voor de toegangshekken te krijgen zijn gewoon genegeerd. Zodoende konden wij niet éénmaal in die drie weken met de auto naar binnen in het complex. Voor onze vriendin die rolstoelgebonden is en op bezoek wilde komen gaf dit grote problemen.. Informatie over het huis zelf etc is niet aanwezig, alleen een stapel handleidingen in het Spaans. Naar de wifi code moest ik vragen ( daar werd overigens gelukkig wel , de eerste dag, op gereageerd. ) Verder is dit appartement is ABSOLUUT ONTOEGANKELIJK VOOR FYSIEK GEHANDICAPTEN. Kortom, jammer . Dit moet écht beter willen wij nog eens terugkomen.
