The location is great, the room is fine! It is clean
There is no staff and for me it's annoying that the shower is in front of the sink.

The location was very good and was near public transport links which made it easy to get around the city. Check-in was smooth, my keycard was ready on arrival so didn't have to wait around to drop my bags off. There were a few complimentry refreshments available in the room which was much appreciated.
There was a slight odour in the bathroom coming from the drains. One of the TV's in the room didn't seem to be able to connect to the wifi.

The property was close to the train line, about a 6 minute walk, wasn’t too far to walk to the main area of Hongdae where the bars and restaurants all were, electric plug in room had usb c.
This was a weird unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the bed wasn’t that comfy, the towels that were given to you were small and thin, the property outside wasn’t maintained the best, with garbage and random stuff outside.
