Pont de Val Boutique Hotel And Apartments

We liked the candlelit dinner that my husband booked for my birthday. We also went wine & canepe tasting, that was also amazing. Boat cruise on my birthday was fun and we played our own music. The facilities were clean, staff is friendly, they assisted with all my birthday request and I shared my birthday cake with them too lol.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING.

The bed was very comfortable. We had 2 great nights sleep. Nice to have an aircon in the room. The view from the room is very nice. Overlooking the river. Buffet breakfast was tasty. Depresso's coffee was delicious (Coffee house on site)

Needing to go to the main hotel for breakfast with the main restaurant being a few steps away was silly. Sad that we only got instant Nescafe coffee for the price we pay. The restaurant in general is really pricey. On Saturday we waited over an hour just to be told our food was ready 30 min ago. They did remake the food but it was not great overall. Due to an event - we ended up being placed outside (no table setting) even with a reservation. And the waiters did not attend to the "outside" people as much- aka forgetting to bring out our order There was no one at the village reception on checkout.

The room exceeded expectation. It was clean, comfortable, and absolutely stunning. Breakfast was good. The staff all around the estate and facilities was friendly, warm and accommodating

The drive through the gravel road route towards the hotel was uncomfortable, not sure whether it's gravel or potholes. And it's stretches for a few kilometers The signage throughout the estate is not accurate. It took us having to call the hotel to get directions to the restaurant area from the hotel.

Room to small. Too much outside lights shining in. Very noisy background music starting up to early in the morning and the room was not private enough
