Super umirjena lokacija, vredu razgled na morje, hiša je dovolj prostorna z vredu kuhinjo, 3x klima, terasa je ravno prav obrnjena in ponuja izjemno ugodje. Do najbližje plaže je 2min vožje, parking ni problem. Restavracije so prav tako vstran 2-3min vožje. Gostitelj je super, vse se da dogovoriti. Okrog hiše je nasad oljk, katerega občasno obiščejo koze, v oljkah pa prepevajo kobilice.
Stegna ponuja veliko lokalnih restavracij, gneče na plaži ni, če prideš ob 10:30 dobiš še vedno v prvi vrsti prostor, dva ležalnika in dežnik so skupaj 15eur. Vse plaže so peščene, čevlji za v vodo niso potrebni. Voda je izjemno čista. Oddaljenost ostalih plaž/lokacij je vredu, parking ni nikjer problem (Agatha plaža 20min - vodna igrala 10eur/osebo/dan, Tsampika - 15min, Lindos - 30min, glavno mesto - 1h, letališče - 45min), super marketov je povsod veliko. Priporočamo!

Gute Betten. Überdachte Terrasse mit großen Frühstückstisch Blick aufs Meer große Küche.
Das Eingangstor ist nicht unbedingt die beste Visitenkarte. Kein Hinweisschild, dass hier die Villa ist. Der Eingangsbereich voller Müll (altes Auto, abgebrochene Bäume, Plastik, etc. ) nicht gerade ansehnlich
Die zwei Pfannen in der Küche gehören entsorgt. Das Geschirr ist gefühlt ein Jahrhundert alt. Zum Teil alles schon oxidiert und nicht ansehnlich. Für den Preis der Villa könnte man hier schon einmal zu mindestens neues einfaches IKEA Geschirr erwarten . ebenso neue Pfannen. Der Duschvorhang ist so kurz und wenn man duscht, schwimmt das ganze Bad hier hat offensichtlich jemand nicht mitgedacht. Die Hauptsicherungen für das Haus sind ganz offen am Eingangstor zugänglich. Hier kann jeder ganz einfach den Strom fürs ganze Haus abschalten.
Alles in allem passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

the view was beautiful. house is comfortable. kitchen well equipped. the village is nice and calm
pillows were too big for my head. Somethings are starting to wear down and need a replacement. People renting car should be careful as there are goats running around the property and they could damage rented car.
be aware that the house is located on a hill that you will have to climb down or up to get to the see
