Comfortable and convenient apartment for holiday relaxing

Apartment No 2 was spacious and much lighter and bigger than the photos suggest. Lovely views towards the mountains, but too cold (in early Feb) to enjoy the sun and views from the balcony. Good location only 5 minutes stroll to the centre and one of the supermarkets - the other was a few minutes further. Clean and well furnished with solid furniture with lots of storage space, large comfortable beds. Cosy and warm with ample hot water in a large bathroom. Functional kitchen with seating area where we were able to make breakfast and dinner. Host helped with pre-visit queries and also very friendly on arrival and departure. Washing machine and tumble drier in basement very useful. Wi-fi definitely works better at the front of the apartment/property.

No dedicated sitting room although TVs in both bedrooms. Another armchair in the large bedroom (with french windows and balcony access) would have helped make this a comfortable dual use sitting room/bedroom.

I’m so happy that we choose to stay here and didn’t go to Cortina, as planned initially.

Exceptional

The house is located close to the centre of San Candido, a beautiful small town in the Dolomites. Our apartment was clean and well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was really spacious. There was a nice view of the mountains from the terrace. The owner was friendly.
