Piso muy amplio con todo lo necesario, incluso café, te,pastillas lavavajillas y lavadora..... Bien comunicado. Cerca de la playa y estación de tren en la puerta. Con plaza de aparcamiento.
Las almohadas un poco bajas para mi .

De hygiene in het appartement was erg goed, het was er zeer schoon. Verder was alles van alle gemakken voorzien; wasmachine, vaatwasser, ruime keuken, etc. Er waren 2 badkamers aanwezig. Het appartement lag vlakbij het station en dichtbij de zee.
Een en ander was wat verouderd; piepende deuren/deurklinken, slecht werkend slot.

Un grand appartement lumineux, proche de la gare de Sao Pedro (ligne direct vers Lisbonne) et de la plage. Pas de commerce à proximité. Un premier étage dans un immeuble calme avec place de parking dans la cour (sur la voirie c'est payant). Très bon équipement, cuisine bien équipée (tire-bouchon, verre à vin, set de table...). Literie correcte, grand salon mais petite(s) salles(s) de bain. Accueil pro et courtois.
Manque le mode d'emploi des chauffages électriques pour les jours frais. Le parking n'est pas assuré (premier arrivé, premier servi) et la salle de douche est franchement petite.

При заселении без предупреждения будьте готовы оставить депозит 200 €, налог 50 € а при выселении прождали хозяина 40 минут чтобы забрать депозит, а это очень много времени если вы спешите в аэропорт. Зажигалка не работала для газовой плиты, а когда сообщили об этом, то нам посоветовали самим купить спички. У всех сковородок дно поцарапанное.
