“My experience at Shangri-La Hotel Muyenga was exceptional from the moment I arrived. I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing juice and a delicious snack, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully set up, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi that made my stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and fresh options to choose from. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, allowing me to work and stream without any issues. I also appreciated the spacious parking area and the tight, reliable security that made me feel safe throughout my stay. The entire environment is calm, green, and serene—perfect for anyone looking to unwind. Good location and very friendly staff.
Showed up to breakfast at 8am. Dark and no one around so don't count on that.

The staff were very very polite, they had good attitude
The location is always secure and they have polite gaurd 24 hours
The standards of hygiene were high
The owner has a habit of almost shouting at them in the presence of guests, Not sure but a bit of racism from the owner
The facility is quite old and it needs some renovations, especially in the rooms and the front reception.
For the two days, I kept on asking them about water in the room
Also the need to synchronize the booking.com with the reception, because they had not received my booking and i waited a few hours to be checked in
