中心地に近いZTL外のロケーション。リビング、キッチン、寝室二つでファミリーやグループでの旅行に最適。使わなかったけれどエアコンもあり。車で行ったので宿の前に停めて荷物の上げ下ろしをし、車は近くの安全な無料駐車場（路上）を紹介してもらった。
エレベーターがあれば尚良かったです。階段は上がりやすくオーナーさんが手伝ってくれた。

マテーラの中心にも近く広くて綺麗なアパートでした。 オーナーもバス停まで迎えに来てくれて、ソファーベッドも作ってくれました。夜も静かで良く眠れました。
シャワールームが狭く水が外に溢れたりで、使いにくかったです。

Great location next to the walking zone, spacious, well equipped appartment, spotlessly clean. The owner helped us find parking we didn't have to pay.

Fantastic apartment! It was a bit tricky to find but Antonio met us and helped us find free parking for our entire stay. Antonio was very kind and made a point to show us where everything was in both the apartment and in the neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend!
Just note that property requires you to pay in cash at the time of check in and know that there are plenty of banks close to the apartment.
