Incredible setting. Really beautiful pool area with an amazing outdoor kitchen/dining area where you'll likely spend the majority of your time. Fantastic outdoor living. Great beach area with crystal clear water. Kids loved the games area. The owners live in the villa above and couldn't be more helpful, lovely people.

A tale of two parts... a wonderful break in an incredible setting but aircon is an issue at night. The villa itself was fine but there's no aircon in the bedrooms where you actually need it. There's only one a/c unit in the kitchen/lounge area which is pretty pointless as you wont really use it due to the amazing outdoor kitchen/pool. It has little effect cooling the bedrooms even when leaving the doors open. Twin room was the worst, kids struggled. Beyond that, small things that could be improved i.e. no wall hook for the shower-head, no soap or shampoo in the shower so stop off at the market en route. In contrast there was fruit, wine, beer, water and all the basics like teas/coffee and toiletries waiting for us in both Split and Dubrovnik (check out Apt Mani in D - incredible!)! No washing machine in the villa, you'll need to ask the owners to do washing for you which feels like an imposition.

Hosts were absolutely amazing especially Maja & Branco couldn’t do enough if we needed them they were there for us, beautiful people ❤️

Great location, great house. Good contact with owner and staff via phone. Lovely private beach outlet
