Fine apartment, well equiped. Parking is problematic - ask for parking lot if possible.

Parking place is an illusion. You CAN park inside the complex, but in the season, there is virtually no place at all - all the time. If you can't find the spot, go to the north side of the complex (direction to the beach- go left and left from entrance), there are numerous parking places near resort fence.

There was no spa facilities even though it was advertised as a spa place in booking.com The bed in the bedroom is very soft and therefore was uncomfortable for us

Familie: sehr zu empfehlen

Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Von Kaffee bis zu Waschmaschinentaps. Bäder mit Fußbodenheizung. Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Nicht unwichtig bei winterlichen Temperaturen. Betten super bequem. Haus sehr ruhig. Kein Menschen- oder Straßenlärm.

Der Küchentisch hat am Fuß Glasplatten welche defekt sind. Ein Austausch würde dem Niveau des Apartments gerecht werden. Nur als freundlicher Tipp. Leider war eine Sauna dauerhaft außer Betrieb.

Tolles Appartement mit super Frühstücksservice

Tolle Wohnung über 2 Etagen mit 2 Bädern und 2 Balkonen, perfekt für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Super ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Der gebuchte Frühstücksservice war super und jeden Morgen pünktlich um 8:30 Uhr da. Die Gastgeberin Agnieszka war total unkompliziert, jederzeit erreichbar und hat in sekundenschnelle geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben den Pool 2x genutzt, zum Strand läuft man ca 10 min, zum Hundestrand ca. 15 min.

Man sollte bedenken, das die Wohnung in einer großen abgeschlossenen Appartementanlage liegt. Man ist umgeben von sehr vielen Leuten und lebt wie in der Stadt mit Parkplatzsuche und mit einem Aufzug in den 4. Stock… (trotzdem war die Wohnung absolut ruhig, weil sie zum Wäldchen hin liegt und auch die Nachbarschaft hat nie gestört. Tolle Aussicht: Jeden Morgen liegen bis mittags 2 Rehe versteckt im Gras.)

Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Schlüssel und ruhige Wohnanlage

Die Möbel, gerade Couchbetten und auch der Sanitärbereich müssten erneuert oder renoviert werden. Diese sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Appartement war super ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man brauchte. Wir hatten uns jeden Morgen über das Überraschungsfruhstück gefreut, wo für jeden Appetit etwas dabei war.

Super schön und enttäuschend die Abrechnung

Lage 50 Meter zum Strand,durch einen wunderschönen Park,Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert,Justyna hat uns im Objekt alles gezeigt und erklärt,sogar bis ins Parkhaus.Wir hatten zwei mal Frühstück auf dem App.Das App.war sauber,die küche ausreichend bestückt, Gerne würden wir wieder buchen....

...Aber Vorsicht ,die Vermietung,verlangt eine Anzahlung,auch nach mehrmaligen Gesprächen ,hab ich meine Anzahlung nicht zurück bekommen,Justyna hat es wohl vergessen sich darum zu kümmern.Ich hab auch keine Abschlussrechnung erhalten.(booking com.hatte den vollen Reisepreis abgebucht)

Der Geschirrspüler spülte nicht sauber, musste mit der Hand abwaschen, Mixer kaputt, Tisch kaputt Glasscherbe lag einfach so wieder eingepasst, extreme Verletzungsgefahr Den Indoorpool durften wir nicht nutzen, obwohl als Lockmittel beworben

Sehr schöne Wohnung über 2 Etagen mit 2 Bädern. Umzäunte Anlage mit Tor, gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Super Betreuung.

Die Duschkabiene und das Sofa sollten dringend erneuert werden, auch ein toilettedeckel hatte einen Sprung. Sonst aber alles Top.

Perfekter Familienurlaub in Strannähe.

Es war eine Maisonette Wohnung, riesen groß mit 2 Bädern und 2 Balkonen. Super schön und kinderfreundlich. Sie war sauber und modern eingerichtet, selbst an Regentagen hat man sich gern dort aufgehalten.
