Localizado na região que cresce em Laguna. Avenida linda, pertinho tem restaurantes, sorveterias. Atrás do hotel tem a Orla da Praia Mar Grosso (não vi banheiros, nem públicos ,nem quiosques abertos de dia no trajeto, o único ponto negativo de Laguna) já leva ao Molhes da Barra, destino turístico para admirar a beleza e ver os botos pescadores. Para o Centro Histórico tem de ir de aplicativo ( Uber /99).Equipe do hotel atenciosa, quarto amplo com vista, excelente café da manhã. Foi o Hotel com melhor custo /beneficio que passei por Santa Catarina.

Tudo muito antigo e precário e muito barulho dos outros cômodos.
