Very little wind (as normally found on Broad Bay and main Ossipee Lake), and sun all day in this beautiful location. Access to Ossipee Lake and Sand Bar, this lake-front home on Leavitt Bay has spectacular lake and mountain views from its very large sandy shared beach with designated swimming area and floating swim platform and swing set.
Amenities: complete with 2 outdoor decks. Lake and mountain views from the living room, kitchen, sun porch, front deck, and side deck. One level home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master Bedroom: King Size Bed, and 1 set of Bunk Beds (full and twin), Bedroom #2: Queen Size Bed, Bedroom #3: 2 sets of twin Bunk beds, Sun room: queen pull-out couch. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Other amenities include central conditioning, boat dock, outdoor furniture, gas grill, beach chairs, fire pit included for campfires. The location and property itself were wonderful. Great place for family gathering. What we did not appreciate was the fact that towels and sheets were not included and we were not notified of this until a few days prior. After much back and forth hassle with the owner, he agreed to waive the 200 fee to include linens. Not thrilled that after a long travel day, we had to put sheets on our beds… Also not cool is the MAGA flag on the dock. The flag was a reminder of the divisiveness in our world that we were trying to escape from.
