This house is located in the Deer Cove section on beautiful Lake Ossipee within the NH Lakes Region. The lake is surrounded by mountains and the views are beautiful. The 70' beach is privately owned, sandy, and clean. Available to guests are a beach fire pit, row boat, and paddle boat. There is also a swim raft to swim out to with a ladder. The houses consist of a cute and well kept 3 BR/1 bath gambrel and a larger 5 bedroom/2.5 bath home. This is a very family friendly neighborhood comprised of owner occupied homes and rental properties. There is a private road that runs along the water which is perfect for walks along the lake, bike rides, or pushing a stroller.
If you have a boat, there is also dock space available for a nominal fee.
