The owner is friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern and well furnished. The building is very safe. It is close to a big mall with a huge variety of stores and restaurants. It provides a confortable stay for 4 adults.
The location is not so adequate for walking, even to the beach, due to damaged sidewalks and a general feeling of solitude, specially after sun down (which is very early). The window covers don't block the sun light in the early morning.

A localização
A rua fica alagada quando a maré sobe. Apartamento pequeno para quatro pessoas. Pra um casal seria bom.
Apenas um ar condicionado para todo o ambiente.
Como fomos na semana do carnaval o preço estava três vezes acima da media praticada no mercado. O que não condiz com o que é ofertado. Talvez na baixa temporada o preço esteja melhor
