Very modern and comfortable with a fantastic view! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the building is really nice and new. Close to many restaurants and the the beach!
The garage entrance is not the same as the Google maps one. Not the property’s fault but just to let people know it’s on the the side street by the restaurant, google maps had it as the building next door (that is not even built yet).

O prédio é bem novinho e conta com comodidades muito úteis como lavanderia, mercadinho, academia, hidromassagem
O contato com a Carpediem, sempre por uma central via WhatsApp em que a comunicação na maioria das vezes era com bot. Nosso enxoval veio incompleto e insuficiente e tentamos desde o primeiro dia resolver, sem sucesso até o penúltimo dia. Foi muito frustrante perder tanto tempo e não ter nenhuma flexibilidade da Carpediem

dos lenções da cama, do travesseiro, do kit de banho (shapoo, sabonete e condicionador). Haviam 2 obras, uma no apartamento vizinho e outra no apartamento de cima que me incomodaram muito.
