Limpeza, acessibilidade, conforto poderia melhorar o ar condicionado, muito barulhento incomodando ao dormir
Nao fui informado no momento que avisei a recepção, que iria pegar lanche externo, eles cobram 20 % do valor de compra. Só soube disso na hora de pagar o que consumi de extra no quarto alem de minha hospedagem. Fizeram pouco caso quando reclamei e falaram que iriam avisar a funcionária para ter mais atenção, se se for um remédio ou algo do tipo???, nao podem cobrar isso!!!!!!
