At Residence Suvarnabhumi Hotel

Our two-day stay at this hotel was absolute perfection. The Hotel: It offers fantastic amenities and comfort. The property is very well-maintained, beautiful, stylishly furnished, and impeccably clean. The Staff: The absolute standout feature is the team. Everyone was incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. The Restaurant: Compliments to the restaurant too: The food was delicious, the staff there was equally warm and welcoming, and the prices were very fair.

Great stay for the trip to the airport the next morning. No complaints at all!

Отель очень чистый, есть все необходимое, персонал был радушным и готовым помочь. Расположение недалеко от аэропорта, но вокруг особенно ничего нет, если вдруг захотите погулять. В отеле есть бассейн и тренажерный зал. Также в самом отеле есть маленький ресторанчик со вкусной едой и умеренными ценами.

The pick up at the airport was very efficient. Even though our flight was delayed by about an hour, the staff person was there to guide us to the van, and we were transported within about 5 minutes after that. The check in process was simple. The A/C in the room works better than A/Cs in many other hotels. The room got comfortably cold in about 20 minutes. The small restaurant attached to the hotel now has a full fledge menu catering to both Thai and western cuisines.

In the morning, I had a fairly strong allergic reaction to something in the restroom. My runny nose was getting overwhelming after I finished the shower. Last time I stayed here was fine though.
